After you place your order, we will ship your order within 1-3 business days. Our shipping service is usually DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Once you've placed an order, we usually can't make any changes. However, it's still a good idea to contact us so we can cancel it if it hasn't been shipped yet.

Goods are defective

In the rare event that we have missed an error in the goods during shipment, we will of course take the goods back immediately and at our expense.

The goods are different than I imagined

You are welcome to return your order if you don't like it. You have two options:
Either you will receive a return ticket by email.
Or you can return your order to us yourself using your favorite post office to the following address:

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return shipping costs. For automatic label generation, we need your email address, and the return shipping will cost you €5. Of course, you can also take it to the post office yourself; you might save €1-2 that way. It's entirely up to you.

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your purchase price.
