Ordering and Shipping

When will my goods be shipped?

After you have ordered, we will ship your goods within 1-3 working days. In most cases, our shipping service provider is DHL. As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Which payment methods are available to me?

You can pay with the following payment methods:

  • Google Pay

  • Klarna
  • Shop-Pay
Can I still change my order?

Once you have placed an order, we are usually unable to make any changes. However, it is still a good idea to contact us so that we can cancel the order if it has not yet been dispatched.

How can I be sure that my order has been received?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. If you have not received this, please contact us.

Are the colors shown exactly as they appear in reality?

Due to different computer calibrations, colors may vary slightly from the picture.

Where and how do you produce your products?

We produce our goods with small family businesses in Nepal and Thailand. If you would like to find out more about our production conditions, click here .

Exchanges and Complaints

The product I received is not as I imagined.
Product is defective

If the rare case should occur that we have missed an error in the goods during shipment, we will of course take the goods back immediately and at our expense.

Product is different than I imagined

You are welcome to return your order if you don't like it. You have two options:

Either you use our return portal and you will automatically receive a return label (for DPD) to print out: XXX

Or you can send your order back to us yourself using your favorite post office to the following address:

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return shipping costs. If the labels are created automatically, the return would cost you around 5 euros. Of course, you can also take it to the post office yourself and you might be 1-2 euros cheaper. That is entirely up to you...

We will refund the purchase amount of your order once we have received your mail.
